€0-125,000 (£0-100,000) £995 (no VAT) plus local disbursements
€125,001-250,000 (£100,001-200,000) £1250 (no VAT) plus local disbursements

€1,000,001 (£850,001) plus 1% property value, based on £ equivalent (no VAT), plus local disbursements.

* Property values are given in euros (or sterling equivalent in non-euro countries)

** E.g. property valued at $750,000 = sterling equivalent £428,571.42 and will be rounded up to nearest £100. Thus cost would be ¾% of $428,600 = £3214.50 (no VAT), plus local disbursements.
